About the InnovPrecMed project
Driving Innovation Towards Solutions for Precision Medicine
The project aims to strengthen research, education, and business development capacities in the field of precision medicine by enhancing the quality and competitiveness of partner higher education institutions (HEIs). This will be achieved through institutional and systemic changes – such as strengthening staff capacities, developing new structures for innovation, knowledge, and technology transfer, supporting business creation, and fostering collaborations with other HEIs and industry partners across consortia.

Development of online training courses that bring Deep Tech to business professionals and business building skills to scientists and innovators.

Business and Start-up Growth
Actively supporting the scale-up of 12+ companies and launching at least 2 new start-ups to empower and shape the future of Precision Medicine.
Transforming the
Innovation Ecosystem
Boosting the innovation ecosystem through stronger partnerships and smarter tools that empower collaboration and growth across the consortium.
About the EIT HEI Initiative
The EIT’s HEI Initiative: Innovation Capacity Building for Higher Education is a joint EIT Community activity coordinated by EIT RawMaterials. The initiative is a key objective for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) as part of its new strategy, the EIT Strategic Innovation Agenda 2021−2027. The initiative aims to support higher education institutions with expertise and coaching, access to the EIT innovation ecosystem, and funding, enabling them to develop innovation action plans complementing the needs of individual higher education institutions.
