InnovPrecMed Partners Meet in Brno for the Second In-Person Consortium Meeting
On 16-17 September 2026, the InnovPrecMed consortium came together at Mendel University in Brno for its second in-person consortium meeting!
The two-day programme provided an opportunity to review the progress made in 2026, discuss the remaining project activities and KPIs, and jointly plan the final phase of InnovPrecMed. Partners shared updates on the project’s training, mentoring, internships, start-up and scale-up support, and other activities supporting innovation in Deep Tech Precision Medicine and other InnovPrecMed strategic fields.
The meeting also featured guest sessions from our wider innovation ecosystem connecting the project with practical innovation and entrepreneurship. Jiří Navrátil from IP Lab Ventures delivered a guest lecture on “Bridging Science and Business”, focusing on the journey from research results towards commercial opportunities. Vojtěch Hlavačka presented BoostUp and shared his experience as a student entrepreneur
An important part of the programme was also dedicated to looking ahead. Through joint discussions and brainstorming, partners explored how to build on the results, networks and activities developed through InnovPrecMed and how cooperation could continue beyond the end of the project in April 2027.
